For what? Revenue? Users? Messaging infrastructure? SMS shortcode deals?
Twitter is valued at $98 million or so in last round, so investors would want a premium significantly above that. That's a lot of money for a company of FB's size. Unless they want to use their equity, as Twitter did with Summize.
