Marc founded and runs the high-end job and recruiting site TheLadders.com (#16, SAI 25), which has experienced some scorching growth this year.
The site adds 80,000 new listings a week, all for jobs paying $100K/year or more, and estimates that revenue will more than double to $65 million for 2008. We've heard the company has been funded at a valuation over half a billion, which is not bad growth considering Marc launched it in 2003.
Prior to founding TheLadders, Marc was a senior executive at HotJobs.com. He also founded a trading company that exported American pet food to Japan.
