Back in 1995, Craig Kanarick and Jeffrey Dachis contributed to Silicon Alley's start by founding Razorfish, one of the first purely interactive ad agencies. Today, Kanarick produces digital artwork and other products with his wife on a website called Rockmade. He also helps run new technology for Blockbuster's R&D team.

Dachis splits his time between New York and Austin, Texas, where he recently founded a company -- unnamed and still in stealth mode -- that will create social networking software and services for businesses. Venture capital firm Austin Ventures has committed up to $50 million to the startup. Dachis also co-founded user experience design firm Bond Art and Science, where he remains a senior partner.
