Earth: Desktop application showing satellite images of the world. From 2004 acquisition of Keyhole. Active and popular -- and visible among TV news broadcasters.

Maps: Mapping, satellite images, directions, live traffic, Street View, etc. Launched Feb 2005. The best mapping service on the Web. As of the beginning of this year, Google Maps was second in market share behind Mapquest -- 22% vs. 50%, but it was the fastest growing.
